Overview

Precision machined components are where tolerances, surface finish, and consistency make or break an assembly.

CMT supplies CNC turned, milled, drilled, and ground parts to sub-micron grade precision, machined from bar stock or from our own castings and forgings, so one partner owns the part from raw material to finished component.

Our specialties include camshafts, crankshafts, spline shafts, gear shafts, throttle and micro shafts, friction welded worm gear shafts, gears, needle bearings, one way clutches, and pulleys for engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems. Parts can ship heat treated, plated or coated, and assembled. Every program starts with a design for manufacturing review, passes inspection in our China and Cincinnati quality labs, and ends with U.S. inventory and just-in-time delivery from our Cincinnati warehouses.
